一. Main functions of the equipment

（1）. Automatic paper feeding unit

     1.1 The carton automatically enters the left and right aligning unit on the roller.

     1.2 Wanxin motor is used as the drive, and stainless steel rollers are used for transmission

（2). Left and right automatic aligning unit

     2.1 After the carton is in place, the photoelectric automatic detection is carried out, and the left and right aligning is carried out synchronously to sort the carton

  (3). Automatic push plate unit

     3.1 After the carton is in place, the front baffle automatically rises (can be closed), and after the left and right aligning is sorted, the push plate device rises and                  moves forward, and the carton is smoothly sent to the predetermined knotting position.

  (4). Automatic knotting unit

     4.1 After the carton is in place, it is automatically detected, the downward pressure cylinder works, presses the carton, and the knotting motor works to                                 automatically complete the knotting work.
