Paper feeding system ：

⭐The paper is fed by manual unloading chain.

⭐Each paper feeding part adopts 4 hanging chains, which can adjust the size of the cardboard, and the size can be customized according to the user's requirements.

⭐Chain tension is manually adjusted. Equipped with a counter to display the production quantity.

Printing department：

⭐The push-button switch electrically controls the separation and combination of the machine, and is equipped with an automatic alarm device, which continuously rings the alarm during the running to ensure the safety of the workers.

⭐Pneumatic interlocking device, the locking is firm, convenient and accurate.

⭐The transmission shaft is pneumatically locked when separated, and the gear position remains unchanged when combined.

Introduction of Die Cutting Department

⭐Rubber pad rollers and die-cutting rollers are all made of high-quality materials, and the surface is ground and plated with hard chrome.

⭐Balance correction to increase operation stability.

⭐The die-cutting roller and the unglue are automatically disengaged through the cylinder eccentric system without die-cutting, which can reduce the load operation of the machine and prolong the service life of the unglue and the knife die.

⭐Mechanical transmission can move the rubber roller 40mm left and right, which can evenly distribute the wear of the rubber roller and greatly increase the service life of the rubber roller.
