1、Cardboard conveying device
⑴ device move
Each unit is motorized for left and right movement and has an alarm bell. When the unit is moving, the chime will warn to ensure the safety of the operator. After all units are closed, each section is pneumatically locked. There are also lead lock cylinders that allow each section to be locked with bottom rail locks. If the cylinder is not locked, the main motor will not work.
⑵ Front feed system.
Frontier paper feeding system is manufactured by Komori Seiko, with long service life and high paper feeding accuracy.
The suction assists the cardboard feeding, which can make the cardboard enter smoothly. The size of the wind can be adjusted to match the camber of the cardboard.
The electric controller controls the left and right movement of the side baffle and the front and rear movement of the rear baffle. The distance between the front baffle and the feeding platform is manually adjusted synchronously.
The color touch screen displays the production quantity, can input the production plan, and also displays the number of sheets produced. Once the program is completed, the counter system stops feeding the part and issues a warning.
⑶ "Automatic zero" and "printing plate cleaning memory" functions.
1. Both the feeding device and the printing device have the functions of "automatic zero return" and "plate cleaning memory".
2. Usually adjust the correct printing position of the printing roller and grooved roller, only need to enter 2 sheets to try, use the "automatic zero" and "printing block clear memory" functions. Reduce cardboard waste.
2、Printing device
1) Printing rollers are made of steel, balanced and corrected.
2) The surface of the printing cylinder is ground, polished and plated with hard chrome.
3) Features printed plate reel construction. The foot switch controls the clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of the printing roller, which is convenient for changing the printing plate.
4) After balance correction, the lower pressure printing roller is made of steel pipe without gap.
5)The surface of the pressing printing roller is ground and polished and hard chrome plated.

7) There are 2 sets of steel anilox rollers, the surface of which adopts advanced electroplating chromium for smoothness and wear resistance.

9) Rubber roller The steel roller is covered with wear-resistant rubber roller, this roller has been specially ground, balanced and corrected, the surface diameter of the middle part of the rubber roller is larger than that of the two sides, which has a good ink transfer effect.
10) After balance correction, the steel tube of the lower feeding cardboard roller has no gap, and is ground, polished and plated with hard chrome.
11) Manually adjust the distance between the upper and lower feeding cardboard rollers, the dial shows the size of the distance adjustment, and the adjustment range is 2-12mm. The upper and lower feeding rollers are connected with transmission gears with cardboard cross heads. When the distance between the two rollers is adjusted, the distance between the two driving gears of the two rollers will not change. It can make the machine have high printing, high precision and low noise. Gears have a longer service life.
12) Inking system.
The ink delivery system uses a pneumatic diaphragm pump to fill the ink to prevent the ink cup from splashing ink. Used to stabilize and maintain the operation of the ink distribution system.
There is an ink dust net to make the ink clearer and improve the printing effect.
When the machine stops, the anilox roller and the rubber roller can operate the ink distribution system independently to prevent ink dry.
13) fixed system
The self-locking system is used to keep the phases of each group of printing cylinders, paper feed rollers, rubber rollers and anilox rollers from shifting in each combination.
When each unit is separated, the cylinder locking system is used to lock the phase of each group of printing cylinders, so that the phase position remains unchanged and the position of the phase gear remains unchanged.
3、Introduction to the functions of the slotting department
1)The gap dial of the crimping wheel is manually adjusted, the adjustment range is 2-12mm, and it adopts a cross slider mechanism.
The transmission gear always ensures the correct meshing state during adjustment.
2)The knife shaft is made of seamless steel pipe, which has been ground twice, and the surface is plated with hard chrome to ensure smooth movement.
3)The alloy steel material is heat-treated and ground tooth-shaped slotting knife, which guarantees both hardness and toughness.
4)Alloy steel material is heat-treated and ground trimming knife, with sharp edge and high precision.
5)The gap dial of the slotted tool holder is manually adjusted, the adjustment range is 2-12mm, and the cross slider mechanism is adopted, and the transmission gear is always in the correct meshing state during adjustment.
6)Slotted Phase Adjustment Mechanism
1、Planetary gear mechanism.
2、The slotting phase adopts PLC and electric digital input to adjust 360°, and the machine can be adjusted when it is running or stopping.
4、Die-cutting department function introduction
1)The pad roller and die-cut roller are made of high-quality materials, and the surface is ground and plated with hard chrome.
2)Balance correction to increase running stability.
3)The die-cutting roller and the unglue are automatically disengaged through the cylinder eccentric system without die-cutting, which can reduce the load operation of the machine and prolong the service life of the unglue and the knife die.
4)The die-cutting phase adopts PLC and electric adjustment, so that it can adjust the phase 360°, and run forward and reverse.
5)This machine can add movable knife die. Ordinary cartons do not need to make dies.
6)Transmission gear.
All transmission gears are made of high-quality alloy steel 40crmnti, after heat refining, high-frequency quenching and high-precision gear grinding.
Gear hardness HRC58, long service life, low noise, high production precision.
The gears are lubricated automatically.
