Production Introduction

The fully automatic folder gluer machine consists of three parts: vacuum paper feeding, gluing and folding, and counting and stacking output. Digital display control, PLC computer amplitude modulation, dual frequency conversion synchronous operation, with simple, fast, reliable and accurate control mode. Automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic box feeding, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, synchronous belt paper feeding, differential adjustment, remote control within 100 meters to achieve remote host start and stop, host acceleration and deceleration, fan start and stop, paper feeding start and stop, emergency stop, left and right arm adjustment, glue box adjustment, average box gluing speed of 180 meters/minute, high speed and energy saving, saving labor costs.

 Feeding unit

1. The paper feeding method of the front edge of the belt is adopted, which is accurate and reliable.

2. The high-end dual motor, dual electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system are adopted, so that the paper feeding unit can be controlled separately, and the operation is simple and reliable.

Gluing and folding Unit

1. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation system, which is noise-free, flexible and stable.

2. Imported high-friction synchronous belt is used to convey cardboard, which is automatically stacked and has strong suction to prevent the belt from slipping. The paper feeding is accurate and reliable without deviation.

Counting and stacking department

1. Automatic stacking and neat output.

2. The main motor of the technical department is frequency-controlled, the speed is adjustable, and the startup is stable and reliable.

3. The cartons are transported by belts and stacked neatly, with a speed of 0-180m/min.

4. The cartons are hit by a beating board, which has a deviation correction function and a small deviation.
